In a recent PoC performed for an Airline that does not have policies in place for BIDT abuses, we have discovered that, due to the non-existence of controls, the airline was losing around USD 3M/p.a. In booking abuses and incorrect iInvoice billing. If on top of this number you also add the cost of blocked inventory, the true cost to the airline can really spiral out.
