A Performance Dashboard is available to senior executives to monitor sources of violations, recoveries and waivers. Our reporting provides a unique view to the CEO, CFO and Commercial SVP of revenue assurance performance by point of sale, call centres, market, corporate client and travel agent/channel. This may be used to guide marketing policies, training programs and other policies.
Revenue leakage today is largely unseen. This is equivalent to an undirected waiver policy. With our Performance Dashboard, senior management can direct that investment and/or drive for recovery.
